The Zip car has customers support sucks at cheap car rental Tampa. I’ve heard lots about that company & wanted to starts using that instead of the Hertz. The story initiated when I am out of town at San Francisco. I just picked my first rental, the Modes (they have the name for each and every car!) and went out to a restaurant. There’s a break in the rental & I lost my Passport and laptop of a friend from back seat. The Police were there & we weren’t able to get everything back.
But the client service told that they’ll revert my cash back and not accuse for this calamity. But I got bill for $220 afterward since that’s they spent for repair and charged full quantity for the rental at car rentals Boston.
Is not it ridiculous for having a better rental replica in 2010 for keeping customers happy & bring more businesses than worrying about $220? I just guess they misplaced our company trade and I told the employees for renting from other car hire which we’re moving forward.
So, it just seems like lots of people have given reviews for the very bad experiences that eels are bald which may have sucked on rain or snow. Luckily it was the dry day.
The 2nd booking I picked at car at night & the head lights and turned signal bulbs that were burnt. Not want to be pulled by the fuzz, I’ve called Zip car some miles from the pickup spot. In fact I am also made-up to do maintenance at the car. Remember, if you get pushed over for a blistered out tail light and so on, the ticket does not go to the Zip car you’re responsible.
I believe I will return to Budget rental car. With insurance it’s still less & you get limitless miles. If Zip car at cheap car rental Dallas airport lets you pay in favor of your own gas with infinite miles it may be worth it.
So, be careful!
